Renovation and replacement of 450 lf of façade curb and sidewalk in a busy, fully occupied strip retail center performed in a manner that would provide maximum access and convenience for both retailers and their patrons.

Our Strategy:

Blue Rock teamed with the Architect/Engineer (Cornerstone Consulting) and the Property Manager (Metro Commercial), to develop a plan to place the sidewalk in a pattern which provided full access to retail venues. By executing all work during off peak hours and overnight, Blue Rock sought to maximize the center hours of operation whereby maximizing the retail tenant's profitability throughout the course of construction activity.

Results:

By utilizing a creative approach to the schedule and a sophisticated yet simple plan for execution of the sidewalk work, Blue Rock realized TA Associates Realty's long term and short term goals; beautification of a valuable property without compromise of occupant's profitability.
