| The Challenge:
To perform a 15,000 sf street front and lobby renovation project in a high foot traffic area of an occupied building in Center City Philadelphia. The challenge of installing new store front glass, revolving doors, lobby heat and granite flooring was to be performed with the minimum disruption to tenants. New street front canopies and feature wall were to be illuminated with a complex system of programmed LED lighting fixtures.
Our Strategy:
Blue Rock Construction organized the project in two phases working closely with the design team and building management. Installation of the exterior main and secondary canopies was followed by the store front and lobby renovations.
Results:
The entrance brought new life to this dated lobby and facade. The building gained much attention from the elaborate lighting system bringing the building to a full tenant capacity.

Amstar Group is a private real estate firm based in Denver, Colorado. Amstar property investments consist of Office, Hotel, Industrial and Retail endeavors throughout the United States. Amstar targeted this under performing asset and was able to turn around a building in a major city with profitable returns.
