Blue Rock Construction, Inc. is currently completing the new headquarters in Eastampton, NJ for this wholesale distribution company. The pre-engineered 29,000 square foot steel frame building combines the company's requirements for warehouse, greenhouse, retail and office space in one location.
The project involved extensive site work, including service for water, septic, electrical and propane gas; and rigorous coordination and scheduling for township approvals. Paving and landscaping is scheduled for Spring 2007.
