Blue Rock Construction, Inc. (BRCI) performed construction management services for the Aquatic Gardens and Koi Company’s new facility in Eastampton, New Jersey, pictured above. The 29,000 square foot pre-engineered steel frame new structure incorporates Aquatic Garden’s retail, office and warehouse space into one facility.

The project required intense coordination of materials, such as pre-engineered steel frames, between the manufacturer and job site.

After construction was complete, Blue Rock Construction, Inc. was presented the 2007 Award of Merit in the Warehouse category from the Metal Building Contractors and Erectors Association (MBCEA).

Aquatic Gardens and Koi Company is owned by E.D.J., LLC, and is one of the nation’s largest sellers of pond hardware, fish and plants. For over 25 years, Aquatic Gardens has supplied the best pond products to thousands of customer through their retail store and by mail order.
