To erect a design build, 274,000 sf, office and warehouse structure from the ground up within a 28 week schedule. This major East coast distribution center was to be relocated and fully operational with minimal disruption to Cardinal's distribution schedule and prior to the termination of the client's existing lease.

Our Strategy:

With a rough winter and a tight schedule, extended work hours were authorized. Blue Rock Construction worked closely with the design team to aid in finalizing design. Pre-construction services were also performed in an effort to control overall cost and meet scheduling requirements.

Results:

The client was successful with the relocation to the new distribution center with a schedule that was not faulted. The new facility was completed within budget and on schedule.
