The Henry J. Austin Health Center (HJAHC) (see gallery) is a 12,994 square foot healthcare facility in Trenton, NJ.
The facility's design made use of the entire property, accommodating the maximum foot print of the building required to meet the programmatic needs. Blue Rock obtained permission from City of Trenton to utilize an adjacent lot for staging and material and equipment storage.
Blue Rock performed value engineering exercises to fit the project within the budget.
The project was successfully completed with minimal impact to the surrounding neighborhood.
The HJAHC facility was funded by a non-profit organization to treat uninsured and underinsured patients in the Trenton area. |
