Blue Rock Construction delivered a 600,000-square-foot distribution center for Kimberly-Clark in Logan Township, N.J.
The project featured precast concrete wall panels and structural steel fabrication as well as infrastructure and utility installation.
In addition to constructing a new state-of-the-art facility, Blue Rock, Kimberly-Clark and DP Partners initiated the process of gaining LEED certification for this project.
As part of the sustainability process for this Kimberly-Clark facility, all concrete for the floor slab dock pads and foundation was provided by an on-site batch plant.
