The project above is 225,000 square-foot warehouse facility for Seagis Property Group, located in South Brunswick, NJ. Seagis developed this speculative warehouse to fit-out for future tenants.
This project was a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) project with a compressed schedule to accommodate the client’s requirement. Blue Rock Construction acted as the Construction Management team coordinating all phases of the construction process.
Founded in March 2005, Seagis Property Group focuses on the acquisition and development of industrial real estate in the Eastern United States. Seagis currently owns 115 buildings totaling, 7.9 million square feet. |
