The lush rolling hills provide a magnificent setting for this diversified investment services company, and the entire campus, from garages to offices, is linked through a series of bridges and tunnels.

Blue Rock Construction completed its first office building for SEI in 2000. Since that time, Blue Rock has maintained and strengthened its relationship, providing construction management on SEI's Data Center, newest parking garage, and two new office buildings, including a state-of-the-art auditorium complex. Current construction projects include campus-wide façade renovations, a third parking garage, an in-house photography and sound studio, an interior campus-wide lighting renovation project, and offsite infrastructure improvements. In addition, Blue Rock Construction is providing preconstruction services for future expansion.

The SEI campus buildings also include an on-site childcare center; fitness center; full-service cafeteria/servery, and a renowned art collection.

In addition to construction management services, Blue Rock also provides ongoing construction and maintenance services in-house for SEI. Along with scheduled overviews of each building, Blue Rock's skilled tradesmen provide the ability to address any internal construction or maintenance issues on campus quickly and efficiently.

SEI continues to grow as a leader in investment and asset management, and another office building is currently in planning stage, with construction scheduled to start in Spring 2007.
