Hillside Hall at SEI (see gallery) is on the campus of SEI Investments, one of Blue Rock Construction's largest clients. This 85,289 square foot office building was completed in 11 months with little disturbance to the surrounding campus.
Hillside Hall features state of the art technology and open air office space, this building houses many of the essential office functions which makes SEI so successful.
Connected to adjacent buildings through the use of an enclosed bridge, employees are free to move from building to building without going into the exposed elements. With 3 levels, this concrete and steel building is the highlight of the campus.
