Finlaw office Building Update

As we near completion of the Finlaw Office Building in downtown Salem, restoration of the north historical façade will be commencing shortly. Maintaining the stability of the east and west party walls built a century ago with no spread footings was a challenge, until proper foundations were underpinned with concrete, helical piers and shortcrete application.
