The Brighton Best project is a 106,000 SF Tennant Improvement of speculative warehouse space in Swedesboro NJ.

Brighton Best is an international supplier of nuts and bolts, with existing warehouse space in Logan Township, NJ. By moving to this new location, Brighton Best moved into a larger space, while still keeping jobs in the township. The duration of this project was approximately 3 months, and required specialized electrical equipment to be installed. Also, the entire fit-out complied with LEED Certification standards. Permanent occupancy was obtained at the end of October, 2008.
