DP Partners Building GHI - Kimberly Clark
Blue Rock has broken ground on the construction of a 599,500 square foot facility in Logan Township NJ. The Building "GHI" project is a built-to-suit warehouse/distribution facility for Kimberly Clark.
As of winter 2009, precast panel & structural steel erection has commenced, as well as infrastructure and utility installation.
Blue Rock, DP Partners, Kimberly Clark and the design team are pursing LEED Silver certification for this project.
Throughout the selection process for subcontractors and vendors, the project team ensured that all firms involved in this project understood the importance of environmentally-conscious, sustainable building practices.
As part of the sustainability process for this facility, all concrete for the floor slab and foundations on this project is to be provided via an on-site batch plant.
