Warehouse Completed for DP Partners

In 2006 Blue Rock Construction completed construction of a speculative warehouse for DP Partners.

In 2007 when Freightliner, LLC leased the property, Blue Rock was contracted to fit-out both the office and distribution areas. Blue Rock has recently completed work on the distribution center. Included in the work for this project was the design-build fit out of mechanical, electrical and fire protection systems, as well as the installation of a mezzanine elevator, and ESFR Sprinkler system. On the exterior of the building, a rear storefront entrance was also constructed. Inside the warehouse, precast wall panels, a steel truss roof and a polished concrete floor are some of the featured elements.
