Finlaw Building

Blue Rock Construction, Inc. has begun an extensive renovation project on the historic Finlaw Building in downtown Salem, NJ. Once a fixture in Salem, the building had deteriorated in recent years, and is now owned by the county.

Currently in the demolition phase, the Finlaw Building project will include renovation and historic restoration, and the construction of a 275-space parking garage behind the Main Street buildings. Construction is projected for completion in 15 months.

As part of Salem's Main Street Revitalization Master Plan, the Finlaw Building will become the anchor in office expansion for Salem County government, and include offices for the Motor Vehicle Commission, Department of Treasury, DYFS, and the office of Senator Stephen Sweeney.
