Future home for Golf Galaxy

Blue Rock Construction is currently nearing completion of the renovation of an 18,886 square foot retail space which will become the home of Golf Galaxy in Montgomeryville, PA.

Included in the renovation was the demo of all existing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems inside and outside of the structure. Extensive work was performed to install a new roof and new exterior façade and additional interior finishing work was also completed to make the building ready for tenant fit-out. Blue Rock was given a 90 day period to complete the renovation, which at this point is 3 weeks ahead of schedule.
