Terrain at Styers

Blue Rock Construction, Inc. is pleased to announce the completion of the Terrain at Styers project in Glen Mills, PA. Blue Rock completed the transformation of the existing Styers's Nursery into the inaugural retail store of the new Terrain concept within an expedited 8 week schedule. This project consisted of extensive site work, 4 rustic greenhouses, 7 barns, the renovation of a historical house, re-cladding of existing buildings and various smaller structures that will be utilized to house domestic and exotic plants, retail products, and a café. Terrain at Styers opened to the public on Friday, April 18, 2008. Extensive coordination between Blue Rock Construction, the Terrain at Styers project team, and the on-site contractors resulted in the ultimate success of this design-build project.
