Blue Rock Construction delivered a new 4,500-square-foot pool building to the existing Educational Testing Service hotel and conference center in Princeton, NJ.
The building features a 3,000-square-foot pool, fitness center, locker rooms and office space.
There’s also an indoor/outdoor fireplace, 25 feet of slide-glass walls that open to a new paver patio. Above the pool is a 25-foot by 25-foot skylight.
Blue Rock also added new HVAC, plumbing and electric services during the eight-month project.
