Project Description
The Ballpark project transformed an industrial warehouse into a state-of-the-art youth athletic training facility.
The industrial to public space conversion included special equipment, a food service area, a training area, pro shop and adequate infrastructure to accept future modifications.
At the completion of the project, Blue Rock met and exceeded the owner’s desire for an attractive, safe and youth-friendly space that conveys a “Major League” style training facility.
