Blue Rock constructed a new 1 million-square-foot fulfillment center in Indiana County, PA for international retailer Urban Outfitters, Inc.
The fulfillment center on 48.5 acres of the Windy Ridge Business and Technology Park is dedicated to the furniture lines handled by the company’s Anthropologie chain of stores.
The facility features a woodworking shop and over 60,000 square feet of office space.
This marks Blue Rock’s second fulfillment center for Urban, with the first being the one million-square-foot Internet Fulfillment Center in Gap, Pa.
