During the construction of Prudential’s speculative warehouse building, it became apparent that the facility would function extremely well as a regional hub for Linens N Things. Blue Rock Construction was called upon to complete base-building requirements while satisfying Linens N Things’ design criteria for a sophisticated conveyor system and office fit-out.
Blue Rock Construction choreographed a finished product that Linens N Things is proud to call home. Linens N Things showcases their Swedesboro facilities to other developers as the standard by which their other regional facilities are governed.
