Project Description
Hillside Hall at SEI is on the campus of SEI Investments, one of Blue Rock Construction’s largest clients. This 85,289-square-foot office building in Oaks, PA, was completed in 11 months with little disturbance to the surrounding campus.
Hillside Hall features state-of-the-art technology and open air office space. The building houses many of the essential office functions that makes SEI so successful.
Connected to adjacent buildings through the use of an enclosed bridge, employees are free to move from building to building without going into the exposed elements. With three levels, this concrete and steel building is the highlight of the campus.
