Blue Rock transformed the 118- year-old J. Franklin Styer Nurseries in Glen Mills, PA, into Urban Outfitters’ new outdoor living concept, “Terrain at Styers,” an upscale garden and home store.
The indoor-outdoor project included a retrofit of existing buildings, both new and old. Blue Rock constructed three new green houses, a new barn and new landscape.
During the renovation of the existing garden center and old farmhouse, historic details were preserved while reclaimed materials added richness and character to new buildings.
The project was completed in eight weeks in order for Terrain to open for Spring.
