Blue Rock renovated a stately old officer’s quarters at the Philadelphia Navy Yard that sits along the waterfront for URBN. It serves as a bed and breakfast for company guests, such as visiting suppliers and managers.
The six-bedroom, 4,500-square-foot building constructed in 1874 was demoed and remediated for lead and mold removal.
