Blue Rock delivered a 267,000-square-foot speculative warehouse to Johnson Development Associates at Exit 5 Distribution Center on Elbow Lane in Burlington, NJ.
The new facility, which covers approximately 60 acres, features:
- 36′ clear height
- 48 loading docks
- 2 drive-in doors
- 185′ truck court
- 36 trailer parking spots (expandable to 61)
This was the first of two warehouses Blue Rock built for JDA at Exit 5 Distribution Center. The Elbow Lane project was followed by Elbow Lane II, a 139,000-square-foot facility.
