For TMG Health, a leading provider of business process outsourcing solutions to the Medicare and Medicaid markets, the construction of a new office building with a high-tech data center in Jessup, Pa., marked a pivotal step in enhancing its operational capabilities and ensuring the highest standards of service for its clients.
TMG Health handles large volumes of sensitive health information. A modern data center ensures that this data is stored securely, reducing the risk of breaches. The state-of-the-art data center features multiple power sources and an emergency backup generator.
Blue Rock coordinated the design, procurement, and construction of this project on an aggressive timeline through the winter months in Northeast Pennsylvania. Blue Rock managed all aspects of the Pennsylvania RACP Financing which included requirements such as a regulated-competitive bid process and prevailing wage and certified payroll documentation.
Along with the data center, the facility included a full-service kitchen and cafeteria, a health room and fitness center, and an executive board room with a balcony overlooking the majestic views offered by the mountaintop setting.
In addition, the facility features a Center of Excellence that included first-class multimedia and audio-visual equipment for presentations and training opportunities.
