Project Description
The Amstar Group property, Three Parkway in Philadelphia, required Blue Rock to perform a 15,000-square-foot, street-front and lobby renovation in a high foot traffic area of an occupied building in Center City.
The renovation included installing new store front glass, revolving doors, lobby heat, and granite flooring. In addition, new street-front canopies and a feature wall were illuminated with a complex system of programmed LED lighting fixtures.
Blue Rock delivered the project into two phases: Phase One included the installation of the exterior main and secondary canopies; Phase 2 followed with renovations to the store front and interior lobby.
