Blue Rock delivered Phase 2 of the Medford (NJ) United Methodist Church expansion project that included building an 8,500-square-foot addition.

The new building features a multi-purpose room to stage athletic/recreation events, banquets, church services, and space for a future kitchen.

In the back of the building, overlooking the multi-purpose room, a second floor includes a couple of meeting rooms and an audio-visual room.

After the church delivered its own design plans and got three bids over budget, MUMC reached out to Blue Rock for help. New plans were designed as Blue Rock got the church within budget.

Phase 1, a four-month project, included:

  • Site clearing
  • New storm inlets, a retention basin, and water lines
  • Parking areas
  • New main electrical room in the existing building
