Blue Rock delivered a 40,000-square-foot addition for Carson Companies at 3501 Island Ave., Philadelphia.
The new space features:
- Nine dock doors
- Four dock levelers
- Plumbing in place for a 2,500-square-foot
office space - Insulated metal panel exterior
Blue Rock started the project on May 1, 2019, and met the completion deadline of November 25, 2019.
