Blue Rock delivered a 331,768-square-foot, speculative warehouse for Johnson Development Associates, Inc. off Swedesboro Avenue in Mickleton, NJ.
The new facility covers over 34 acres and features:
- 36’ clear height
- 50’ x 54’ with 60 speed bays
- 284 parking spaces
- 48 trailer parking spaces
- 80 loading docks
- Two drive-in doors
- ESFR sprinkler system
- 7” slab with reinforcing at speed boys
- 60 mil EPDM roof
Work got underway in October 2019 and was completed in 11 months.
