Blue Rock produced a new 194,000-square-foot speculative warehouse for Dermody Properties at LogistiCenterSM at Logan in Logan Township, NJ.
The Lot Q building features:
- 32-foot clear ceilings
- 35 dock doors fully equipped
- Two drive-in doors
- 48 trailers stalls located in the back
- LED lights
- Full-site irrigation system
- ESFR sprinkler system
Construction took seven months to complete.
Lot Q sits just a few blocks away from a few other Blue Rock-Dermody projects – Greenyard Logistics USA and Lot E (Kenco Logistics).
