Project Description
PHH Mortgage, formerly Cendant Mortgage Services, includes two build-to-suit construction office buildings totaling 475,000 square feet and the development of more than 50 acres of office campus and support infrastructure. The buildings were designed and constructed to be state-of-the-art data hubs for the client’s nationwide telemarketing and e-commerce consumer base.
One of the many features of this project was the unique raised-floor HVAC Plenum system, which reduced the need for extensive air-distribution duct work and increased system efficiency. The finished building provided the area its first upscale, state-of-the-art data center and office campus.
The Blue Rock team continued to be a 24-hour / seven-day resource to the client in the weeks and months following the Temporary Certificate of Occupancy and the Certificate of Occupancy in an effort to assist the client’s facilities department.
