Through an open-book development / construction management program, Blue Rock performed extensive value engineering work sessions whereby, Blue Rock, the Owner, design professionals, and specialty trade contractors exchanged ideas in an effort to reduce cost and compress the schedule while maintaining utmost quality and security standards. At the conclusion of the project, the client had reduced their overall construction cost by ten percent [10%] while exceeding schedule and quality goals.
