Blue Rock Construction took an existing 132,800-square-foot processing and packaging facility in Nazareth, PA, and turned it into a cold storage warehouse for Trader Joe’s, a national chain of specialty grocery stores.
Within the facility are various unique cold storage environments:
- 11,400 SF for -20°F freezer
- 71,000 SF for 0°F storage area
- 15,600 SF flexible cold dock area at 45°F – ambient
- 30,000 SF flex warehouse at 0°F – ambient
