The centerpiece of the URBN campus, Building 543 is a former piper and coppersmith shop constructed in 1939. The facility has soaring 80-foot ceilings that give the building’s many public facilities a light and open feeling.
Project highlights of Building 543 feature:
- 80,000 SF office space, café, kitchen and central plant
- Main Distribution Frame for IT services on second floor
- Second floor gym for employees
- Central plant for heating and cooling for Buildings 3, 7, 12, 15, 25, 543, with future connection for Building 10
- Chillers and boilers within central plant running underground to every building
- Radiant heat floor within public space
- Window replacements to match originals
