Built in 1905, the 52,00-square-foot building served as a shipfitter and joiner shop. Today, the building not only serves as shared office space for all URBN brands, but it’s also the reception area for all buildings.
Project highlights for Building 12 feature:
- Reclaimed staircase that spirals up three floors
- Reclaimed hardwood floor throughout the building
- Restored original bricks and windows
- Installed a Smoke Evac System since grand stairs open from the first through third floors
- Replaced tile roof to match original
