Blue Rock completed an office fit-out project for Educational Testing Service, renovating its previous IT/server area into office space.
The 6,200-square-foot area features three offices and three conference rooms.
Also, the new space includes new electrical, mechanical, and fire protection systems.
The project was completed in less than six weeks.
