Blue Rock completed a 350,000-square-foot fit-out for JAS Worldwide, a global leader in freight forwarding and logistics solutions, at First Logistics Center @ 283 Industrial Park in Elizabethtown, PA
The project featured:
- A temperature and humidity-controlled warehouse divided into two separate spaces that are racked
- A 24,000 SF cooler (35°F – 45°F) with insulated metal panels with racking
- A new 5,500 SF office
- Truck restraints and dock leveler seals, hi-speed doors at the demising wall and cooler, and battery chargers
JAS occupied the east half of the 698,880-square-foot building Blue Rock delivered to First Industrial Realty Trust.
