Blue Rock delivered a new 53,800-square-foot, cold-storage facility to KAST Foodservice Distributor in Carney’s Point, N.J.
The new facility includes approximately 9,000 square feet of refrigeration and 4,000 square feet of freezer space, plus a 12,000-square-foot office area and warehouse.
Construction got underway in February 2020 and turnover was completed in December 2020.
