Blue Rock delivered the new headquarters for Perpay, the Philadelphia-based company that was labeled the “fastest-growing retail firm” in the United States by Inc.com.
The unique 15,000-square-foot office space at the renovated Aramark Building includes:
- Open concept workstations with living and lounge spaces
- Multiple conference and meeting rooms with reclaimed wood flooring
- New carpet and polishing of existing concrete surfaces
- Full, high-end kitchen
- Bar with multiple taps and stone countertops
The project took 8 months of construction to complete.
Perpay is an online service where customers can buy various brands in “every category” with payment plans set up through the buyer’s paychecks.
