Blue Rock renovated an historic former officer’s quarter originally constructed in the early 1900s along the Delaware waterfront. The 4,800-square-foot building was converted into office space.
Project highlights include:
- Window and siding to match original
- Roofing to match the original
- Restoration of existing exterior railings
- Refinished hardwood throughout the building
