Blue Rock delivered a 250,000-square-foot modern distribution facility for California-based Mygrant Glass Company, the largest independent wholesale distributor of auto glass and supplies in the United States.

The new building on the 20-acre site in Warminster, Pa., features:

  • 36-foot clear height
  • Ductilcrete slab-on-grade
  • 3,500-square-foot office space
  • Electric vehicle charging stations for the company’s electric-powered vans
  • Steel structure loaded for future roof-mounted solar array

“The project in Warminster (Pa.) is finished and I wanted to take the time to commend the entire staff at Blue Rock,” said Bob Schmitt, Director of Facilities for Mygrant Glass. “In a year full of challenges, COVID, supply-chain issues, inflation, etc., your team really came through and delivered an amazing building that will serve Mygrant Glass well and was delivered on schedule.

“Throughout every level of your organization, we worked with professional, responsive people who were results-driven,” continued Schmitt. “Your group put us at ease and made us feel very comfortable with the entire process. We always knew where we were with construction at every step and we knew what to expect going forward. When challenges came up you came to us only with workable solutions.

“There is a reason we have chosen Blue Rock as our partner for two additional projects. Well done Blue Rock!”

Blue Rock is also working on a 100,000-square-foot design-build warehouse for Mygrant Glass in Sewickley, Pa.

There’s also a two-phase project for Mygrant Baltimore that includes renovating an existing 55,000-square-foot space, which was completed, and a 33,495-square-foot renovation scheduled for April 2022.
