Blue Rock Construction invites you to tee up for a powerful cause at the ninth annual Blue Rock–Heart of Nuba Golf Outing, with every dollar raised going directly to support Dr. Tom Catena and his lifesaving work at the Mother of Mercy Catholic Hospital in the war-torn Nuba Mountains of Sudan.
Dr. Catena, the only surgeon for hundreds of miles, remains a 24/7 lifeline for hundreds of thousands in one of the most underserved and unstable regions in the world. With ongoing civil conflict and an influx of refugees, the hospital faces immense strain — but your support can make a lasting difference.
Last year, thanks to the incredible generosity of our sponsors, donors, and golfers, the outing raised $136,985, matched dollar for dollar by the Blue Rock Charitable Foundation, for a total contribution of $273,970. Since 2017, this event has raised over $1.3 million to fund Dr. Tom’s vital mission.
What’s New in 2025:
- New Tee Time: This year’s event begins earlier with an 11 a.m. shotgun start. Registration opens at 9:30 a.m., so enjoy a relaxed arrival and a great day of golf.
- Exclusive Gift: Every registered golfer will receive a windbreaker so please make sure to include your size on the registration form.
