Blue Rock Construction is Building in Philly
“Blue Rock Construction delivered!”
Blue Rock Construction is cementing its standing as a premier commercial contractor in Philadelphia.
As of now, Blue Rock has constructed just over 3 million square feet of projects in the City of Brotherly Love, encompassing industrial, commercial, retail, healthcare, education, and acclaimed historic developments.
Most recently, Blue Rock earned high praise from Link Logistics following the successful delivery of a 251,000-square-foot warehouse located on Milnor Street, which features immediate access to Interstate 95. The project was Link’s first development in Philadelphia.
“It was critical to partner with an experienced group who could help navigate the complexities that come with an infill development within the city,” said Joseph Winning, Vice President of Development for Link Logistics. “Blue Rock Construction delivered!
“As the saying goes ‘Don’t tell me how rough the seas are, just bring the ships in.’ When faced with delays in switchgear, Blue Rock was able to provide an alternative solution that kept our project on schedule and most importantly met the schedule demands of our tenant. Blue Rock Construction and Link will partner again in the future.”
