Recently, Blue Rock delivered a 227,500-square-foot, state-of-the-art cold storage facility for owner Saxum Real Estate and tenant Arcadia Cold at Humboldt Industrial Park in Hazleton, Pa.
The new facility features 32,000 pallet positions with temperatures ranging from –10 to 40 degrees. It includes 32 dock doors, 81 dedicated trailer parking spaces, and 141 car parks.
The fully-racked facility has convertible rooms, ample dock space and doors to manage a wide array of distribution and fulfillment services. The facility is perfectly suited for food manufacturers, retailers, and foodservice companies looking for consolidation opportunities to reduce transportation costs.
Humboldt Park is a well-established industrial development stretching five miles along PA State Route 924 in Hazleton. The park consists of 3,000 acres and is located minutes from Interstate 80 and 81.
