Blue Rock was proud to partner with Johnson Development Associates on two warehouse projects at Exit 5 Distribution Center in Burlington, NJ.
Last summer, Blue Rock constructed a 267,000-square-foot speculative warehouse at Elbow Lane, and, most recently, delivered Elbow Lane II, a 139,000-square-foot facility.

Elbow Lane II includes 22 loading docks, a 136′ truck court, and 28 trailer parking spots. The larger warehouse features a 185′ truck court, 48 loading docks, and 36′ clear height along with an abundance of trailer and auto parking.
JDA owns over 70 industrial properties throughout the United States. Blue Rock also delivered JDA’s first industrial facility in New Jersey, a 332,000-square-foot warehouse at Exit 17 Distribution Center off Democrat Road, Swedesboro.
