Once again, Blue Rock is proud to partner with developer Dermody Properties on two new logistics facilities in Woolwich, N.J.
Last month, Blue Rock delivered a new 336,700-square-foot speculative logistics facility at LogistiCenter® at Woolwich. Final touches were completed last month prior to passing final inspections on July 18.
The new facility includes considerations for two future offices and 55 dock positions.
The logistics facility also features:
- 910′ x 370′ building dimensions
- Two drive-in doors
- 36′ clear height
- 54′ x 51’8″ column spacing
- 54′ x 60′ loading bay
- ESFR fire-protection system
- 307 car-parking stalls
- 219 trailer stalls
LogistiCenter® at Woolwich is part of a three-building, 1,089,925 square-foot industrial park in Woolwich Township, Gloucester County, N.J.
While Blue Rock was completing one project, it started another for Dermody Properties at LogistiCenter® at Woolwich East. Construction got underway earlier this month on a new 214,270-square-foot speculative logistics facility.
Prior to construction, Blue Rock’s work included:
- Demolition of an existing building and facilities
- Tree clearing and grubbing
- Sewer and water extension from Route 322
The new facility will feature:
- 36′ ceiling height
- 39 loading docks
- 154 car parking
- 19 trailer parking
- 2 drive-In doors
- LED Lighting
- ESFR Fire Protection System
- 132′ Truck Court
The property is located just under two miles from Exit 2 of the New Jersey Turnpike and just under three miles from Exit 11 of I-295. This direct highway access allows for the ability to reach Philadelphia, New York City, and Washington DC within a few hours.
Construction is targeted for completion in June 2025.
